Inbound faxes are being processed, but due to a build-up of queued messages, there may be a delay in delivery. We appreciate your extreme patience as we work to clear this backlog.

Update - Our upstream provider's teams are actively working to resolve ongoing issues with the Portal, and vFax systems. Some users may still encounter timeouts or unresponsive pages when accessing these services. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently on resolving these issues.

We are pleased to announce that we are making significant progress in restoring our Operations Support Systems (OSS). We anticipate a resolution to these issues later this evening, and we will keep you updated with any changes to the timeline.

In the meantime, please note that our Voice network remains operational and stable.

Update - ViewMyFax.com and vFax portal are still down due to upstream provider issues. Voice and fax transmission remain stable; fax-to-email is fully functional. Faxes will appear in the portal once restored. We’ve received only two fax-related tickets, indicating limited impact. No resolution ETA yet; next update by 16:45 CDT. Update - Our upstream provider's teams remain actively engaged in repairing the ongoing Fax Portal issues. Some users may continue to experience timeouts or unresponsive pages when accessing the Customer vFax Portal.

Our Voice and Fax transmission networks remain operational and stable. However, ViewMyFax.com continues to be unavailable.

Update - Intermittent outage of ViewMyFax.com / vFax portal access

What’s going on:

• We are aware of ongoing issues accessing ViewMyFax.com (the vFax portal). Some users are seeing timeouts, unresponsive pages, or loading delays.
• Voice service and fax transmission are unaffected and operating normally.
• Fax-to-email (sending/receiving) remains fully functional.
• Faxes sent or received during the outage will appear in your portal once access is restored.
• Some fax API integrations are seeing occasional timeouts.

What we’re doing:

• Our teams, collaborating with our upstream provider, are actively investigating and working on restoration.
• We’re monitoring closely and will relay any updates as soon as we get them.

What you can do:

• If you need urgent fax access, use fax-to-email for now (you’ll still get the faxes).
• Try accessing the portal periodically; when restored, your full history should reappear.
• If you run into errors or timeouts, take a screenshot, note the timestamp, and send it to us for diagnostics via our ticket system at http://ticket.cooltele.com/
